Education

Eastern Illinois University - Ms. Rupiper entered Eastern Illinois University after high school and graduated with a Bachelor of Arts Degree.

Southern Illinois University College of Law (2002-2005) - Ms. Rupier was accepted as a student in the fall of 2002. She graduated with a Juris Doctor in the spring of 2005. Ms. Rupiper sat for the bar exam in July, 2005, and she was admitted to practice in October 2005.

Continuing Legal Education - Throughout her career, Ms. Rupiper has continued her legal education through courses offered by both the Illinois State Bar Association and the Illinois Instruction for Continued Legal Education.
