Meet the Attorneys & Staff

Ms. Rupiper is an experienced and accomplished attorney accustomed to dealing with time sensitive, complex matters and diverse populations. After graduating from Southern Illinois University School of Law in 2005, she practiced in civil litigation for two years, primarily focused on highly contested divorce and child custody matters, appellate work and estate litigation. She then accepted an offer of employment with the McLean County Public Defender in Bloomington, IL and spent the next 6 years aggressively defending the rights of persons accused of crimes and enjoying the privilege of working with a very experienced group of criminal law practitioners. 

Amy became managing partner of the firm January 2016.

Trish has been with the firm since 2014. A Missouri native, she holds an Associate of Science degree and has extensive experience in customer service, office administration, and legal support.

Over the years, Trish has taken on many roles within the firm and now serves as the firm's paralegal and support staff. She assists with client communications, scheduling, legal document drafting and editing, real estate closing preparations, client billing, and many other daily operations that keep the office running smoothly.

When she's not at work, Trish enjoys spending time at home with her cat, or camping. She proudly calls Monticello home.
